Fuel & Gas Industry Competency Center

All-Union Research Institute for Construction, Operation of Pipelines and Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities - Engineering Oil and Gas Company (VNIIST) carries out the whole complex of research and engineering works at the fuel and energy sector facilities - from the development of regulatory and technical specifications and design to technical supervision and quality control of the construction, diagnosis, reconstruction and utilization of oil & gas facilities. One of the key activities of VNIIST is carrying out research and testing (attestation and certification) of products of Russian enterprises in line with Russian and international industry standards for their further use both in the Russian Federation and abroad. VNIIST is accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service and meets requirements of the comprehensive conformity evaluation scheme of NII Transneft.

VNIIST has been developed since 1995 as an oil and gas company and performs a range of R&D and engineering work at fuel and energy complex facilities, from the preparation of standard and design documents to technical monitoring and quality control of the construction of facilities. VNIIST has become a federal scientific and technological research center.
