VNIIST activity involves a complete range and series of research and Engineering works at facilities of the fuel and energy complex (FEC) - from developing normative and technological specifications and project design to the technical inspection and quality control of construction, diagnostics, reconstruction and disposal of oil and gas facilities. Testing (attestation and certification) of the Russian enterprises' products in compliance with the Russian and world standards for their further use both on the territory of the Russian Federation and for export supplies is one of key directions of VNIIST's activity. VNIIST Testing Center is accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service and meets the needs of the comprehensive system of conformity evaluation of Research institutes of Transneft.
