The elaboration of normative and technical documents

VNIIST functions of regulatory & technical documents elaboration are carried out by the Center for Technology and Regulatory Support of Construction, which is presented by the next divisions:

• Pipeline Construction and Repair Technology Laboratory; at VNIIST, the regulatory and technical documents development functions are performed by the Standards Laboratory;

• laboratory of technology for non-metallic pipelines repair and construction;

• Laboratory of industrial safety of oil and gas industry facilities.

VNIIST Testing Center develops regulatory and technical documents at the Laboratory of Standardization.

• The functions of the Center for Technology as well as Regulatory Maintenance of Construction

• Experienced in the development of normative and technical documents

• Interaction with technical standardization committees
